Property owners and managers are solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions, notices, and consents from tenants before uploading tenant personal information, photographs, addresses, contact details, documents, or related records to ZUZUStay.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into tenant block records is lawful, accurate, and necessary for legitimate property management purposes.

2.2 Authentication Information

We use mobile number verification through One-Time Passwords (OTP) to authenticate users and secure access to accounts.

2.3 Usage Information

We may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

• Device model
• Device operating system
• Application version
• App usage statistics
• Diagnostic information
• Performance information
• Crash information

This information helps us maintain, improve, troubleshoot, secure, and optimize the performance of ZUZUStay.

2.4 Device Permissions

Depending on the device and operating system version, ZUZUStay may request access to:

• Notifications – to provide reminders, important updates, payment-related alerts, and service notifications.
• Camera – to capture profile photographs, property photographs, and tenant photographs where applicable.
• Photos / Media Library – to allow users to select and upload images from their device.
• Phone/Dialer – allows users to initiate calls to tenants directly from the application using the device's default phone app. ZUZUStay does not record or monitor phone calls.

Certain Android devices may use the system Photo Picker, which allows users to select images without granting full photo library access.

Permissions are requested only when required for specific features and may be managed through device settings at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain ZUZUStay services
• Manage properties, rooms, tenants, and occupancy records
• Track rental payments and related information
• Enable tenant management features
• Send important notifications and updates
• Improve application performance and user experience

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may submit an account deletion request directly through the Profile section of the application using the available Delete Account feature, or visit our online Delete Account Request page.

Upon submission, the deletion request may be reviewed for fraud prevention, unauthorized account removal, platform security, misuse prevention, or compliance purposes.

The deletion request enters a processing period of up to 30 days.

During this period:

• Users may continue to access their account where permitted.
• Users may withdraw the deletion request by logging in and selecting the available account retrieval option.

Account deletion will not be completed if the request is withdrawn before processing is finalized.

If the deletion request is not withdrawn, the account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days from the original request date, except where retention is required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, dispute resolution requirements, fraud prevention, security purposes, or legitimate business needs.

ZUZUStay is intended solely for property owners, managers, operators, and authorized staff involved in property management activities.

The application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
